Online Naji; Sharifs new attack dog

The way Online Naji has responded (http://pkpolitics.com/2009/07/31/haroon-rasheed-feels-the-heat/) on behalf of his client Sharif to a column (http://www.jang.com.pk/jang/jul2009-…-2009/col4.htm) written in response to Pervaiz Rashid’s letter leaves hardly any doubt about being none other but an online attack dog of Sharifs. As this column was clearly directed to Sharifs & has nothing to do with Online Naji.

The languageused by Online Naji in the name of Citizen Journalism is in itself falls short of decency & even a threat to the very existence of community of citizen journalists as decency is its real strength. And Online Najis team members are doing their best to divert the attention of visitors from the blunt violations of law by Sharif, their client.

Online Naji, who recently started writing a series of articles based on investigative journalism in the name of citizen journalism from “his own pocket”. The same pocket which was asking for help from visitors for server upgrade just a couple of years ago.

About the journalists who appear on electronic & print media, more or less there’s exist a general public opinion about their moves, that whether they are paid for those services or they just lean towards a particular school of thought.

Exchange of heated arguments was started when Rauf Klasra took a series of shots at Sharif “good” governance (http://jang.com.pk/jang/jun2009-dail…2009/col10.htm)& questioned abolishing of Local govt (http://jang.com.pk/jang/jul2009-dail…009/col9.htm/) in his recent columns, Online Naji was there to rescue his client Sharif.

And Online Naji falls short of logic “we primarily focus on articles that highlight constitutional violations by the politicians”in response to the visitors criticisms (http://pkpolitics.com/2009/07/28/jou…comment-240574).

As illegal import of tiger by Sharifs (http://www.dawn.com/wps/wcm/connect/…iolation-hs-02 is a blunt violation of law by a serving CM & there’s no featured article yet to expose the real skin of Sharif.

Online Naji has asked the critic visitors(who does not not agree with his articles) to get out & switch to other blogs.

Blogs who do citizen journalism they don’t ask the visitors(who don’t agree with the article) to leave, as visitors are the ones who decide whether the series of articles is balanced or used to mold a desired public opinion (that is to build or sabotage the image of someone).And on a low keynote journalist trade involves two parties just like any other trade, so there’s always a journalist at one end & a politician at other end. And the fair game is to expose both of them in the same article. As everyone knows that Sharif, sahafiyoun ki bay-o-pari k bay-taj badshah, is at the other end most of the times so intentionally other party is kept out of the articles of this filthy trade.

But you compare political parties in pakistan, I think there is hell of improvenment needed in PML(N), but PML(N) is better among evil

Yes thats what Ruling Elite do;

Force the lowest of people(by not paying them enough) to bribery for having 3 meals a day so they become weak in fight against evil.

This is the thing with which industrialist, wadaira are playing.

Its not hunger that kills you its the roti earned thru illegal ways that kills you.

@Admin,
You have deleted all the earlier comments? I am saying it once again, whats wrong with exposing journalists who are taking plots and benefits by black mailing government. These corrupt journalist should be exposed. I am not sure why PKpolitics should even tell how they get their evidence. I am in US and two years back a journalist went to jail because he refused to disclose his source in front of court. If you have evidence against PK politics produce it. If not then this site is more like being supported by corrupt journalists.

Sir, the problem is not the journalist sources. But pkp didnt want to show the journalist who investigated.
While GM is not living in pakistan, there is some investigator who did these all investigation. Now that journalist is too ashamed of investigation that he decided not to show name along with the corruption charges on fellow journalist.
