DSP Imran faced no pressure: judicial inquiry reveals

The District and Sessions Judge (D&SJ), Lahore Saturday submitted
his report on Judicial Inquiry into the allegations levelled by DSP
Imran Babar Jameel against his seniors.
According to a press
release issued here by Registrar Lahore High Court Abdus Sattar Asghar,
the D&SJ reported that the DSP was not brought under any pressure at
any stage by his superiors.
Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry of
Lahore High Court had ordered inquiry into the allegations by the DSP
while hearing a constitutional petition in which he had alleged his
seniors had pressurised him for releasing some robbers arrested by him.

District and Session Judges never looked at the evidence presented by DSP Imran and gave their decision .
This decision was passed in a hurry, it was not a real decision but rather an order given by Punjab government and read by Judges.
This is a test case, defeat to DSP Imran means defeat to justice, honesty and courage in Pakistan.
In Pakistan there is no justice, honesty and courage, rather there is dictatorship, obedient to the politicians, no humanity, no sence of responsibility. Dsp Imran you are fool, who is fighting against his superiors and they have full support from the Govt, so how you can even dream to win your case against these authorities. You are alone in your department, who is full of corruption and notrious for his illegality.The police department who always misuse its power, present the criminal with false proof and the Judges admit their false evidenses and give the verdicts against those so called criminals, who are not apparantely criminals, but the police efficiency made them criminals.As long as there exists corruption in police department, such incidents will always happened, so DSP Imran don’t be disappointed, keep on your struggling against these corrupt police officers and corrupt politicians, may be some day you will be successful.
