Ex Minister Dr. Tahir Ali Javed lawsuits in the United States

The group leader of unification block of PMLQ Dr. Tahir Ali Javed faced more than 100 law suits in USA which also revoked his licence to practice. Dr Javed’s repute was dented in 2003 by charges of clinical mismanagement that caused “the largest outbreak of Hepatitis C” in the history of the US state of Nebraska. Of the 99 people believed to have been affected, 80 filed suits against him. He left for Pakistan on July 13, 2002, two days after another Fremont doctor informed him that four of his patients had the same strain of hepatitis. The state later revoked his licence, but Dr Javed denies the charges.
