Facebook shares faces a major down below 20 USD per share

Facebook shares drop down below 20 USD compared with their May initial offering price of $38. Facebook IPO was launched in May, 2012. Facebook (FB) shares have now become synonymous with IPO disaster. Facebook shares were trading at another all-time low of $20.07, compared with their May initial offering price of $38, amid ongoing fallout from the company’s underwhelming first earnings report as a public company on July 26. It is for the very first time since Facebook IPO its shares have faced a record low value which is almost half of its initial price.  This record low in the shares value of the Facebook indicate that investors are not impressed with Facebook advertisements earnings. The present low value of shares put Facebook future status in the market at risk.
