IHC approves re-hearing plea of Farah Dogar case

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has approved the petition
filed for the resumption of Farah Dogar case hearing on Thursday.

Barrister
Javid Jaffery had filed the petition for the re-hearing of Farah
Doagar’s additional marks case. The court has approved the petition and
fix February 9 for hearing.

Earlier, the chief justice of IHC
had dismissed the appeals filed against the federal boards regarding
Farah Hameed Dogar case, the court described the decision of
reassessment and rechecking of Farha’s marks as correct and lawful.
