iOS4 release time. When it will be available

All the technology geeks and fans are waiting for iOS4. Many are clicking the update button in their iTune to check the avilability of the iOS4. If we look at the history of last years iOS updates it was always near 5-6 PM UK time. So please do not waste time checking again and again as it will not be avilable before 5:00 pm GMT .
