Justice (rtd) Dogar denies charges and files reply of contempt of court notice

10-27-2009_90162_lFormer Chief Justice Supreme Court Justice (rtd) Abdul Hameed Dogar Tuesday said no judges including him has committed the contempt of court.

Addressing a press conference flanked with Advocate Naeem Bukhari and Ahmed Raza Kasuri, he said, ‘We received notice that we have committed the contempt of court by going against the verdict of 7-strong bench on November 3.’

‘We have filed a petition today under Article-184, clause-3 to challenge the restoration of existing four judges, i.e. Justice Javed Iqbal, Justice Khalil Ramday, Justice Raja Fayyaz and Justice Chaudhry Ijaz.

Former Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar has submitted a detailed reply of contempt of court notice issued by Supreme Court. He also filed a petition against Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry’s appointment as chief justice. Four on duty senior judges of Supreme Court Justice Javed Iqbal, Justice Khalil Ramday, Justice Raja Fayyaz and Justice Chaudhry Ijaz and federation through law ministry have been nominated as opponent in the petition.

Ahmed Raza Qusoori, lawyer of former Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar has filed the petition. Dogar also filed a review petition against Supreme Court’s July 31 decision regarding November 3 emergency and PCO judges. Justice(r) Dogar’s reply comprised of 83 pages.

dogar eik baigarat hai aur he is least bothered if a tree grows out of his ass ,he would still say no problem i will sit under its shade.naeem bukhari and kasuri as everybody knows are ultimate chors , now the court should send dogar and his cronies to jail so that they learn a lesson.

Justice start from home. We all know that her daughter get extra marks to inter a medical college? So call ,Former Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar . He should be shamed on his part of act to make all unlawfull bill lawfull bill . I ask this is you get your all knoweldge and skilled to dishouoner the poor people of Pakistan?
If you follow the westen principle of the high education that if misstake is happened Then
except it first and make it creact. and say sorry with pay back all benifait from it.

I wonder why people are so critical of Justce (ret) Dogar, don’t they see that C/J Iftikhar took the oath twice under PCO what Doar is blamed for.
It is not proven that Dogar himself helped his daughter to get into Medical college where as Nawaz Sharif daughter who had very low marks got admission in a medical college and then she was transfered to another college of her choice.
C/J Iftikhar Choudhry is playing his revenge game but he forgets that he who spits up in the air come back to his own face.
