My suggestion to US Government is to hire people from Northern part of Pakistan and train them in US or any other location. People must be from FATA area of Pakistan and must be trained to fight against Alqaueda and extremist in Pakistan. Pay them good money, so that other can see the change in their life. Do not involve Pak Govt.
Refer: the pirates.
Why doesn’t the United States put a few decoy ships in the area with several squads of Marines and Navy Seals that are heavely armed and when the pirates attempt to hijack the ship, Eliminate them!!
Admiral, Harry Hart, former CIA station chief at Islamabad, has just posted a three part analysis of the Afghan war. The bottom line is to support Pakistan, disengage the Talaban, go after well identified Al Qada targets striking from Pakistan and reduce our presence in Afghanistan. Quit trying to build a national government that is not wanted and has been unsuccessful for 2,000 years.
