Nizam-e-Adal decisions could not be challenged in courts: Sufi Muhammad

4-15-2009_74812_l1Tanzim Nifaz Shariat-e-Muhammadi (TNSM) chief Maulana Sufi Muhammad said a peace public gathering will be held in Mingora on April 19.

Addressing a press conference in Imam Darra area of Malakand, Maulana Sufi said the purpose of public gathering is to restore confidence of masses. Taliban will be asked to live peacefully and lay down arms. A “Youm-e- Tashakkur” will be observe on April 19.

He said decisions will be made in Qazi courts according to Sharia in Malakand. We will obey government’s decision regarding administrative issues but not in judicial matters. The decisions of Nizam-e-Shariat could not be challenged in High Court and Supreme Court.

Sudi Muhammad said peace camp will be establish in Swat after consultations. He praised the efforts of Awami National Party (ANP) for imposition of Sharia in Malakand. He expressed satisfaction on imposition of Sharaiat-e-Muhammadi.

This sort of Sufi Muhammad Declaration is being called in our orthodox religious political parties—Here lies the Spirit— because on the other hand Israel, America & India has taken tough stand against this Nizam e Adl.
