President Asif Ali Zardari has signed Nizam-e-Adl Regulation 2009 after it was approved with majority by the Parliament, Senior Minister Bashir Ahmed Bilour said on Monday. Spokesman of the President, Farhatullah Babar confirmed the President’s signing of the regulation. Earlier, the National Assembly passed the resolution with majority in support of Nizam-e-Adl Regulation 2009 for implementation of Shariah in Malakand Division. The resolution recommends approving of Nizam-e-Adl Regulation by President Asif Ali Zardari. Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani speaking on the occasion said the Parliament was taken into confidence in the above matter and added: “We respect the mandate of the provincial government and congratulate the people.†Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) representatives sat on the fence. The Prime Minster at the time of presenting the Regulation before the Parliament said Asfandyar Wali and Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman had been taken into confidence. Awami National Party (ANP) had protested on tabling of the Regulation 2009 at the Parliament. Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs presented Nizam-e-Adl Regulation 2009.

While our erstwhile leaders sacrifice freedom at the altar of expediency, would someone enlighten us as to who will administer justice unto those very taliban who are themselves guilty of murder, treason and insurrection?
Before Javaid Ch. in Kal-Tak yesterday Javaid Hashmi of PML(N) categorically said in America almost in every 3rd State different laws are prevailing which are totally different with each other these Americans whatever is Good for them to do Immediately but for Muslims they draw the lines & create hurdles just like that.
Therefore Nizam e Adl if it is Good for our country we must adopt the same on spur of the same moment without wasting any single minute. Interestingly our Ruling Elite so called public demand leader(s) speak their language on the behalf of Americans.
Moreover this is on record various time I have incorporated here-at this forum that as & when Zardari will learn how to keep his entire 32 teeth inside under his mouth and will leave the bad habit to dodge every second person above all believe in Nation Wishes then he & his partners will be in such little bit position to survive at some extent. Therefore, today he had signed the Nizam e Adal BILL & tomorrow he will sign the most difficult resolution i.e. —â€TO HIT/ATTACK THE AMERICAN ARMED FORCES AS WELL AS US DRONED PLANESâ€â€” You/all other members of this forum & Me are here-at you will be mine witness this is going to happen in near future.
