Pakistan Is Now A War Zone, Says Red Cross

Islamabad, Oct.4 (ANI): The International Red Cross Committee has declared Pakistan the New War Zone of the world. The Daily Times quoted Markososi, a spokesman of the IRCC, as telling a US newspaper in Islamabad that Pakistan was the new war zone of the world.
He said that besides the recent wave of fierce bomb blasts across country and the full-fledged clashes in the restive northern Pakistan were a testimony to this fact.
The newspaper cited that more than 0.2 million people have migrated from the war-torn areas in Pakistan and over thousands of people have lost their lives in clashes between security forces and Taliban there. (ANI)
