by admin on September 5, 2008

in News and Views,News Headlines,Telecom

Pakistan Peoples Party has raped the brave judiciary in Pakistan today, this judiciary had refused to surrender to a Military Dictator for the first time in History of Pakistan. Now PPP is selecting few judges to take fresh oath at Supreme Court today for their fresh appointment and Law Ministry has warned that all remaining judges will be considered retired.

PPP has accepted that the Army Chief actions of 3rd November 2007 were indeed Legal and majority of Judiciary was rightfully sacked.

End of PPP politics. They broken their own constitution made in 1973

after this sell out would the future judges ever be able to take such daring step as CJP did?

would our judiciary ever be independant after this?

in the light of above the big question is that if kiyani or next COAS overthrows zardari…would the compromised judiciary be able to say NO?

Who is really shaking the roots and do they care about PPP reputation or Pakistan Judiciary. Someone is out of patience and whole nation has to gamble on each step. Hope this Shawal is a really happy moon for all of us.

Zardari very nicely tried to kill this Lawyer movement and gain the sympathy of media but believe me let the holy month of Ramadan over, the first protest on the streest would be go Zardari go, INSHALLAH.

Infact I think it has already begun.

If the nation didn’t stand up agains this villain, believe me Zardari will destory the institutions and this country very quitly.

This disease (Zardari) is worst than Musharraf.

Please do not talk non-sense while trusting on this type of rubbish websites.

Please see bellow:

“The chief justice of the Supreme Court is appointed by the president; the other Supreme Court judges are appointed by the president after consultation with the chief justice.

“1. http://www.photius. com/countries/ pakistan/ government/ pakistan_ government_ judiciary. html

2. http://www.pak. gov.pk/judiciary .aspx

Please note neither prime minister / nor Asif zardari/ PPP can reappoint / restore the Judiciary. The appintments for other judges were issued by the previous president on the presure by the political parties. The previouse General (Rtd), President was also presurized by political parties for the re-appintment / restoration of cheif justice of Pakistan as you would have seen from the news channels.

With regards,
