    It is my request to take personal interest to bring the above mentioned telephone number in order( 042-5290880 ). It is on DSL installed at 547-G-1 M.A. Johar town lahore.
    This has not been working since friday. My children who are studying at LUMS University and they are in trouble because all their studies and studies schedules are linked with internet. They are very much perturbed and so I.
    I have met the concerned SDO.and he said that your telephone wire from the poles are missing, or stolen, you know ,how is it possible.
    Kindly do favour for me and help to bring me out from mental disturbance

    sir with great respect i want to bring a seriouse broblem of regestration mathod of ptcl vwireless set and sim . sir i am the resdent of village gurguri . which is the part of district karak . Gurguri is about 75/80 km from karak . and from kohat 90/95 km . and there is no nearest customer care center . i parchase a vwireless sim from a sals shop and provide aNIC copy to sals shop holder. but in those days karak city tower signals are droped .and the care center not conected with headoffice . then i call to help line 1236 and requeste to registered my sim but in help line one repersentitive said that your sim data is not available . and the other said that it will be registered in tow days .when i call to help line one said the registration is possible othe say not possible .
    i request to you that now days the public compnies are registring sim in only in five minuts using online system . but ptcl vwireless not in ten days .
    please bring some devolpment in sim registration prosess .
    sir in help line service some reperesntitive behaiver is very poor with costomers .

    Dear Sir,
    I am one of the user of PTCL land line i.e. 36997420 since 1993, now I have availed the facility of PTCL Broad Band and PTCL Smart T.V. from April or May 2009. Sir, since last about 03 (three ) months the my both the telephone line was not working and was completely held up one is 36997420 and another one is 36900742 (in which the facility of PTCL Broad Band and PTCL Smart T.V. was installed) and the bill for both the facility was paid by me, now I have again received a bill for both the telephone and since I did not utilized the facility of the same. Please note I have lodged so many times the complaint and sent my son various times to the NEW KARACHI telephone but the never gave any attention.
    I then tried to surrender the Device of Ptcl Broad Band and Device of PTCL Smart and send my son to surrender but the office bearers are told that to pay the currnet bill which I am unable to pay because I did not availed facility for the last three months and have already paid the bill for the last two months.

    It is therefore requested you to kindly look into the matter and advise them to take back the devices and refund the two months bill i already paid for not using any facility.

    Hope the quick response will be given to me.

    Respected Sir,
    It is to inform you that my landline is disconnected for about 4 months for which i complaint various times but all ias gone in vain.I regret to mentioned that i have been charged excessively for nothing i mean my my line has not been restored.I being a women did all of my efforts to fix up the issue but i get no results.I ,myself went to the customer care center ,lodge comlain online.but all these seems effortless.They paid no attention to my issue said to me it is not in our hand.Sir you better know that phone is the big necessity of life but we people deprive of this facility.Sir you tel me where should i go fix up my problem ifthe customer care center denied of ther responsibilities.I m highly obliged if you please take some immediate steps and rule out the matter.

    I am sick and tired of calling various ptcl helplines like 1236, 1218, 080080800 because they don’t help at all. The customer care centers are the worse, if you call them no one picks up the phone and if someone does they don’t know anything and usually have no manners at all. I’ve never seen such level of incompetency anywhere!!!

    Dear Sir,

    The case has been long prolonging Land line NDT, due to Main Cable one year. Line man says also main cable damage, I regret to inform you that I have not get any positive response DE SDO and Line man yet??? The case still pending and no result from your side.

    more time complain 1218 and talk to your representative but delay resolve my complain and again new complain registrar to 1218 but but no resolve my complain
    I am sure and hopeful that your prompt action make it urgent basis.

    I wanted to take this oppurtunity to highlight that my residential tel no:0515110612(48 H-4 HYTHE ROAD LALAZAR,RAWALPINDI) is out of order for almost past one month.
    Inspite of almost daily reminders to your customer center no efforts have been made by ptcl deptt to rectify the problem.I personnally visited DE east rawalpindi office four times but no action was taken on my complaint, it seemed either they were helpless or ineffecient to attend customer complaint.I am a serving army officer and this phone is on my father name who is also a retd army officer.I can now just pray for ptcl deptt who makes such tall claims about customer care in their ADs where as on ground it is not true.I dont know you will read this mail or not but I wish under your chairmanship you will try to improve the customer care aspect of ptcl.In the end kindly look into my complaint because it is all about customer care.

    I wanted to take this oppurtunity to highlight that my Shop tel no:0215681005 is out of order
    Inspite of almost daily 2 times reminders to your customer center 1218 but no efforts have been made by ptcl deptt to rectify the problem.I personally visited DE office but no action was taken on my complaint, it seemed either they were helpless or ineffecient to attend customer complaint and also I approched to line mens Mr Zahid and Iqbal many times and there behaviour was not good with me and other persons in my market Line men zahid is not a good guy he said to me give me some money then I will do otherwise I cannot do anything he abused me please take some action against zahid and others 2 guys who’s with him this phone is on my father name .I dont know you will read this mail or not but I wish under your chairmanship you will try to improve the customer care aspect of ptcl.In the end kindly look into my complaint because it is all about customer care.

    I intend to draw your kind attention regarding unppleasant activity of your organiation staff. Mr. Hanif Baloch line man of the area made it practice to disconnect the telephone lines by pulling out D.P from the polls. In the absence of D.P connection comunication disupt abruptly and disconnect time to time. This has been done deliberately in order to gain monetary benefit from the consumer. The continuous disconnection of the telephone line cause serious hardship as well as mental torcher to me and my family members. It is also to inform you that I have the facility of Broad Band internet service but due to this act of non sense this disturberd in studies of my children who is studying in Multi Media. On complaint he does not oblige and inform us that it is very difficult to full fill the complaints immediately how ever on persistent request he connect the lines but discounnet it again very next day. We have never faced such awesome problem in the past. There fore I request your honor to

    I have an internet Connection of DSL on 0213-5066585 named ZXDSL, broad band Pakistan from last three months. I’m having problem in browsing, due to the old wire of PTCL. Have complained many times but no response I get. Please do an action for this problem, will be thank full to you.

    Dear Sir,

    It is submitted that the noted telephone number has been remained OUT OF ORDER since from MARCH 2010 even the undersigned has made several complaints to you at telephone phone and also at consultant department AZIZABAD EXCHANGE KARACHI and HEADQUATER CLIFTON KARACHI as well as officials but the result remained fruitless.

    Evenafter the subject noted number is not restored, your Department is making bills regularly with unrelated calls hence I once again forwading the bill for the month of May 2010 to Azizabad Exchange Department for the purpose to clarify or rectify it but they gave no responce on my kindly request.

    That the undersigned is your customer for last 10 years and making payments regularly but unfortunately the subordinate staff of your department not responding the matter which is very much deplorable.

    In this connectionit is requested you to please correct the bill, restored my telephone number and secondly if they are not interested to restore my telephone number then telephone line may kindly be disconnected at your earliest after adjusting the unnecessary billing with rents from its non providing the services.

    I Applied for DSL Services on my no 412693554 from 75 days ago and todate i have not got any conectivity what a service (wow).during this time peroid i called hundred”s a time to 1236 G.M F.T.R mailed to SHAHID KHALIL SB Compny secretry but they have no capability to resolve my prob (request hanged in system due to some system errors) as their saying.HAH Plz do something for me

    SUBJECT:POOR SERVICE AND BAD BEHAVIOUR FROM THE MANAGEMENT OF GUJRAT ,MANAGEMENT GUJRAT HAS OUT OF ORDER
    DEAR SIR,
    I am writing to complain about the service I have received. Our landline and DSL has not been working for the last one week which causes us a great deal of inconvenience. It is very important for us to keep in touch with people. I am really very disappointed with the service I have received so far. Every time I have contacted SDO, he was not available and his assistant assured me that the service will be resumed. Nobody came to rectify this problem. Each time, I have complained, I have been giving false assurances that the problem will be rectify but nothing happens. I feel very disappointed with the service I have received. I would consider finding an alternative provider to get more reliable service in the future because I can not afford such service of PTCL staff. I would appreciate if you can rectify the problem as soon as possible as its causing me a great deal of mental stress and a loss of income also I am spending great deal of my precious time, I should be spending time towards my business instead I am spending it to contact your department to rectify the problem but nothing happens.
    I am looking forward to hear from you as soon as possible.

    i am the old subscriber of ptcl land line in surkhdheri rustam(mardan).
    Here about 4 months ago dsl servise started but between the exchange and my resdence there is some problem in cable .
    I complaint sevral times to the ptcl officers but they dont take any action on the problem.
    In my vill there is a number of subscibers of dsl about 12 .
    Sir so plz advise to the officers to take action on the problem.

    I am sorry but there is no one to take care of complaints regarding ptcl landline… I m only talking abt landline bc I ve enough with this enterprise.It appears that it is being managed with mules!
    my ptcl connection number is 042 35724481 connected via dha exchange …….. .Complaints have been lodged with the exchange several times with my complaint id#88 and even send my men to dha exchange to pick his highness lineman to fix the landline..to beat my expectations the line man was absent and my connection cant b restored because the LORD lineman was on vacation at his villiage (pind) ………..every time u call to ptcl exchange the S.O.B. will tell u to b patient and ur problem ll b solved in 48 hours en 24 hours……………its a big F joke……. .this is the height of frustration… intervene in this matter and send some lord to fix the problem to make the telephone line functioning.
