Is Sco and Snet an Organisation?
Organisation means where a system is properly managed and all parts are working perfectally. AJK is unlucky that it has the monoply of SNET which cannot be called as ISP but perhaps a net caffe. Dial up the snet….Wait….remote computer did not respond in timely……redial…..connecting…. veryfying……disconnected…….dialing……connected…….42.6 kbs/sec……sent 1221 . received 376 b. Disconnect…..redial….. and when connected >> speed 50.6 kbs/sec. down load……. 210 kbs of 1.97 mb. speed 125 b/sec.
What a joke. Are we living in 21st century? Is it an internet of a renouned Organisation? Managed by Army High up? For God Sake. This poor nation and Lovely country doesn’t deserve this. At least pay it back for what it is giving you. After all it is our mother land

well, m very upset on the pathetic services from ptcl broadband… called to make a comlaint about the connection not working, while trying to fix the problem they put me on hold telling me not to hang up !! i was on hold for about 30 minutes i felt ridiculas and hung up eventually !!! thinkng all the time thats wat they do to customers!! thats the services we get for paid up services we get !!!! i had to request for the deactivation. i am ashamed of being the part of this system.

i just read Samina’s post, well yeah actually they do have these dumb services, i had to apply for a dsl student package, when accidently i made a regular order. for the cancellation of that order, they made me wait for about three whole weeks before another order……n’ after they revised their dsl packages to double speed, it took them more than two weeks to update their website…….huh….just way too dumb.

DSL
The DSL connection taken by us does not work properly. The Internet is often not connected and the remarks appear on the computer screen “Problem in finding the Server”.It seems that the Server is overloaded that is why it is not connected . PTCL has given the DSL connections more than the capacity of its Server. There is need to upgrade the Server. It is very difficult to waste a very long time every day and wait for the Server to connect. This problem is daily encountered and we have to wait for long hours.
Many time I tried to put a complaint on 1236 but in vain. The procedure has been made very complicated to put a complaint. It is requested to upgrade your system otherwise we will be constrained to shift to wireless connection of Wateen.

Are call center employees prohibitted to take customer complaints.They use every tactic to persuade complainants to abondon his effort of getting his complaint lodged.This was not the first time that I failed to get my complaint lodged.Repeated attempts failed today by me betwwen 1015 Hrs and 1130. Ladies by the name Irum, jennifer & Mr Hamad succesfully dodged my request for taking my complaint. They were also clearly not ready to forward me to their supervisor. As the claim is that calls are recorded, why not lestin to recordings and take steps to remove customer frustration.
