Rahat Fateh Ali’s New Song Registers Record Hits on Web

Rahat SingingIslamabad – September 16, 2009 The title track of mega TV serial “Khuda Zameen Se Gaya Nahin” sung by Rahat Fateh Ali has smashed all previous records of online popularity for a Pakistani song video within five days of its launch.

The song has received record number of hits on various community and interactive web sites like Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, Friends Korner, Apna Time and Kool Muzone. Additionally hundreds of other pages have sprung up linking up to these sites. Audience, it is reported is not only overwhelmed by mesmerizing performance of Rahat Fateh Ali Khan but also have showered praise for young poet Imran Raza and renowned composer Sahir Ali Baggha. The camera work and direction is also being appreciated widely.

For those who were waiting to know about the on air dates of our upcoming play ‘Khuda Zameen Se Gaya Nahin’, here is the news. The drama serial will be launched simultaneously on PTV Home and Hum TV at 7:40 pm and 8:00 pm on Saturday October 10, 2009 respectively.
