Wateen Customer Support, Selfcare Portal, alternate Address for Internet Login

One can try some tweeks and tips himself before calling wateen customer support. Using Wateen, You quite often come across few problems of front page not opening or prepaid webpage not opening. So here are some common tips you can always use before calling the wateen support service.
1. Delete internet temporary files, from your Internet Explorer or Firefox browser cache.
2. Clear your browser history
3. Wateen website works with Java so you need to enable Java Scripts
4. You can also try New Login Page can be found at http://selfcare.wateen.net or http://10.16.128.199
5. Alternate Address for prepaid portal is http://10.16.2.19
7. Alternate Address for Internet Login page is http://10.16.6.16.
8. an other IP address to login http://58.27.225.231/
Some of the above mentiond IP address are just local to Wateen Network and you may not be able to access these via any other network.
In addition to the above tips one can always try calling wateen help line 111-365-111

Wateen is a good service provider considering this article my words sound more relevant. However I do want to mention… I recently heard about Wateen’s IPO……. I should say I am a little interested in knowing a bit more..

My wateen net is out of order since one day and now i am using
dial up and about 7 days ago i have been out of service from wateen net
for around one week.And after one week net was able to work.
Kindly do something so that i can use wateen net,my id is kartrace@wateen.net

With great sorry i am writing this that your customer service is not eligible to manage
customers problems.I am saying your local office here in sialkot at paris road and calling you at lhe head office.I am getting only complaint numbers but no one came to my home to check the problem.
Where can i complain or who is responsible of wateen,no one?
